Chocolate Cake

Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate!
This chocolate cake is a chocolate lovers paradise with chocolate cake, chocolate chips and a easy chocolate ganache frosting!

Cake
1 Betty Crocker® Devil’s Food cake mix
1 (3.9 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
½ c. sugar
½ c. oil
¾ c. water
4 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Ganache Frosting:

1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip®, thawed
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
(If you love dark chocolate, use simi-sweet chocolate chips and if you love milk chocolate, use the milk chocolate chips)

To Make Cake:
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips together until smooth.

 Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into a sprayed (use a spray that has oil and flour) 9x13 baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or till test done. Mine took 38 minutes tonight.

Remove from oven and cool completely before frosting.

To Make Ganache Frosting:
Place Cool Whip® and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and mix together. Microwave for 1 minute and stir.

Microwave for 30 seconds, stir well and let sit
for 10 to 15 minutes to cool.

Pour over cooled cake and spread to cover top of cake.

Chocolate heaven is what you will feel with a bite of this cake!
(This cake is even better after being refrigerated.)
