Artichoke Dip

This is a great dip to take to a gathering with family and friends to start out the main event!  I have made this several times and every time every one loves it!  When I made it this time, it was just to take the pictures for my blog so we took out just a bit for Kent and I and then sent the rest to work with Kent.  From what I understand, his co-workers LOVED it and may or may not have licked the pan clean!
I won't give names to protect the Innocent! hahaha!

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan (in the green can)

1 (4oz.) pkg. fresh shredded parmesan cheese
1 (14oz.) can artichoke hearts (not pickled)
1 (4oz.) can green chilies, do not drain

Drain, rinse and coarsely chop artichoke hearts and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl combine sour cream and mayonnaise.

Fold in the cheeses, artichoke hearts and chilies until blended.

Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve hot or cold with crackers or bread.

If you take this to a gathering, don't be surprised if you are asked to bring it to the next one!
